Chris is a certified NFLPA Contract Advisor with a comprehensive background in business and law. He earned his undergraduate and MBA degrees from Bentley University before completing his law degree at Pace University School of Law. Chris passed the New York State Bar and brings legal expertise, strategic thinking, and contract knowledge directly into athlete representation.
His multidisciplinary background allows him to take a holistic approach to athlete management, focused on protection, opportunity, and long-term stability both on and off the field.

Nick is a certified NFLPA Contract advisor with a background in business, entrepreneurship and legal practice. He earned his B.S. in finance from Miami University in Oxford Ohio and then his legal degree from the University of Denver. Nick is a licensed attorney in Indiana and Colorado.

Nick has experience working for a prominent NFL agency representing multiple hall of famers as well as a corporate attorney representing everything from entrepreneurs to Fortune 200 companies. He is well equipped to represent and assist each athlete through the complexities they face playing college and professional sports.

Justin Brashear is a sports attorney and NFLPA Certified Contract Advisor who helps elite athletes and their families navigate the most important decisions of their careers.
A former professional athlete himself, Justin understands the opportunities—and the risks—that come with competing at the highest levels of sport. Today, he works with athletes to provide clear guidance on contracts, Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) opportunities, and long-term career strategy.
Justin’s work focuses on helping athletes make informed decisions in a rapidly changing sports landscape. From evaluating NIL opportunities and protecting eligibility to preparing for professional careers, his approach combines legal expertise, industry insight, and firsthand experience in elite athletics.
His goal is simple: help athletes achieve their dreams, protect their interests, maximize their opportunities, and build a strong foundation for success both during and after their playing careers.

Todd Montesano is a business executive with more than 25 years of experience across sports, media, and entertainment. His career includes work with global organizations such as Under Armour, ESPN, and NBCUniversal Media Group.
Todd has collaborated with world-class athletes, artists, and public figures including Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Jamie Foxx, Tom Brady, Stephen Curry, Ray Lewis, Deion Sanders, and A$AP Rocky. While at Under Armour, he helped shape major marketing platforms and partnerships including The ESPYs, the NFL Combine, and the UA All-American Series.
